Jelly Beans
It is Jelly Bean time again. My favorites are the fruit flavor kind, the spice ones will do if nothing else is available but only as a last resort.
There are no doubt many specialty candy shops where you can purchase gourmet jelly beans all year long. Us po’folk rely on the discount holiday candy bins at the local discount grocery store. My favorite, Save-A-Lot never disappoints. They came to my rescue this season with both Starburst & Jolly Rancher Jelly Beans.
The biggest problem taking the picture was to stop eating the arrangement. Every time I had the flavors just right I messed it up by eating a few. I finally gave up and just snapped the picture.
Between snacking and snapping I discovered the Starburst ones have the name printed right on them.
I eat Jelly Bellys all year, so the “other” kinds are still a treat.And the fact you kept eating the display made me laugh. Because I would do the same thing.
