Albany Pride ‘09
I doubt there is a career in event photography in my future. I’m just not about getting all up in peoples faces with my camera. With that in mind the word for today’s photo coverage of the Albany Pride ‘09 festival is discreet.
It was a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon when I rolled into Washington Square park. The place was packed, a band was getting ready to rock, what more could you ask for.
Out of 135 photos I have chosen 52. As you look through the snapshots note the diversity of the crowd. All types of people from all types of places all getting along just fine. That is what it’s all about. This is the first time I have used the wordpress gallery option, all photos and place holders in some cases are clickable for a larger image.

I always liked that pride parades are either one or tight near my bday. (This one was on it.)
I went to this pridefest and people were all really friendly
I’m glad the event was held i made some new friends and got to see that i’m not the only nice gay person out there haha.
