So, What’s New?
Meditation has become an important part of my life. A dear friend and mentor has put me in touch with an expert so I might take the heightened sense of awareness to the next level. This could be great or it could go horrendously wrong. My friend says this woman can provide me with additional “tools” for more consistent meditations. Things will be just fine as long as no one has confused the term “tools” with the word rules. Tools are OK with me, rules are another story. I never met a rule I didn’t bend, break or twist and that always gets me in trouble with someone. Yes, I know, good luck with that!

I’ve also become quite the candle collector, the one in the photo is black cherry scented, very relaxing.

Be careful with those candles dear, they give off bad soot even if you don’t think they do and that is not good for the lungs (especially if you still have that other habit as well). Plus, the scent is chemicals that are not good for one to breathe and are harmful to the body.
So, are you going to be transporting the gang around for Halloween tricks and treats tomorrow (Saturday) night? Will you be on the front porch in scary costume handing out treats to all the little ghouls and goblins?
Happy Halloween.
Kim.

I’ll be careful, I’m doing rather well with the other habit. Almost done with it.
I’ll just be relaxing for Halloween. We have some goodies for the little ones, not sure how busy it will be we are on a mostly business block now.
Enjoy!

Happy Bonfire Night! I am guessing there were no bonfires in your neighbourhood.
